[HelpDesk] Need Help Loading LDraw

In your C:\LDRAW folder this is a file called MKLIST.exe.  Double click on that file to start the "parts list" application.  It will ask you if it should sort parts by [n]Number or [d]description.  Choose D and it willl  create the pasts list.
   
  Note that you will need an editor (MLCAD or LEOCAD) to "play" with ldraw.
