[HelpDesk] Won't open

Hi-
I was hoping you could help me with a problem with the Lego software.  I
have a Mac osx 10.3.9.  I¹ve downloaded the software three times, and each
time I was told the download was successful.  But when I click on the icon,
the program¹s black screen opens, but then immediately closes within a
second.  Any ideas about why this might be happening?
