[HelpDesk] problem downloading

Hi there,
I was just attempting to download the LDraw all-in-one installer but couldn't. I clicked on the link to download  ldraw_setup_2006q1_full_i.exe
and after about 3 mins wait a page came up saying: "the page cannot be displayed" (the windows default page for when something fishy happens). Something similar occured when I tried right-clicking the link and choosing "save target as". After another wait an error message came up saying: "the server has returned an invalid or unrecognised response".
I was wondering if there is another mirror to this file or if this problem has happened often with others. If not, do you have any suggestions?
