[HelpDesk] LDRAW - installation problem

Please download the file from here:
  http://wc.theartofwarfare.net/ldraw_setup_2006q1_full_i.exe

  and then follow the LDraw webiste for the instructions

I had a problem to start the installer of ldraw_setup_2006q1_full_i.exe. When I double click the exe file, only a dos-like black screen flash for a second and close instantly. 

I use XP, I have the administrator rights on my account and have followed the instructions. What did I do wrong?
