How did you install LDraw?

What operating system are you uisng?

Do you have all the offical parts? (ldraw.exe and complete.exe are the two manual
files you would need or the latest ALL IN ONES INSTALLER)

Have you updated you LDraw Parts list? You can do this using MKLIST.exe or from withing MLCAD (file -> Parts update)

Can you look in your /LDRAW/P/ folder for beamhole.dat and see if it is there?

Also can you send me the unoffical part so that I can confirm if the part is looking in the right location of the primative.

Providing answers to these questions will help me understand more fully the issue you are having.

  Hello Helpdesk,

I tried to use unofficial part 32526.dat, but it uses beamhole.dat.

Oddly, beamhole.dat used to be included with ldraw as it is shown here:
http://www.ldraw.org/library/primref/

There are quite a few unofficial parts that use beamhole:
http://www.ldraw.org/cgi-bin/ptscan.cgi?q=beamhole

Where can I get beamhole.dat? I tried to look for an older version of
ldraw, but you only seem to have the newest one.

Thanks,
- Ron
