[HelpDesk] Difficulty Installing Ldraw

Hi!  I downloaded ldraw_setup_2006q1_full_i.exe and tried to install it, but all I got was a momentary flash of a DOS interface box, followed by nothing else.  The screen simply returned to where it was.  It appears to be attempting to invoke itself, but doesn't.  I'm running Windows XP, Home Edition, SP2.  Any thoughts on how I can either (a) install this or (b) install using a different approach?  Thanks!
