[HelpDesk] ldraw installation

I tried to download the installation file and it stopped at 14mb (it's  
supposed to be 47, right?).  Then I opened the installation file and it  said 
"program too big to fit memory."  I know I have enough space on my  hard drive, so 
why is this happening?  I have a dialup connection, which  only makes the 
process more complicated.  Maybe you can help me out.
