[HelpDesk] ldraw installation

The server most likely timed you out since you are on dial-up.  I would recommend that you download the individual parts of LDraw as those have been broken down for slower connections.

  Make sure you at LEAST DOWNLOAD complete.exe and ldraw.exe.
