[HelpDesk] error (can't run Ldraw)

What operating system are you using?  Windows XP, 2000, etc.
  Did you download a 3rd party editor?  L-edit.exe and ldraw.exe are DOS base systems.  Most users now use MLCAD or LEOCAD to work with LDraw.
