[HelpDesk] Visual Parts Editor?

I'm trying to flip part 6239.dat upsaide down so that it looks more like a
stabilizer fin on a surfboard than a plan tail.  I'm trying to edit the dat
file so that the part is inverted and the studs are on of what 'used' to be
the base.

I'm an idiot, I know, but I can neither flip the part nor reset the
studs...even if I could get the studs to point down, I could flip the whole
part in LDraw and it would do what I need...

Is there a visual editor for ldraw parts for those of us too stupid to
figure out the line code?
