[HelpDesk] Cannot install LDraw

Hello. I have gone to install LDraw and it just breifly shows a command box and it disapears on me and nothing eltes happens. I don't know if it is because it is a MS Dos program or not.
  What would be great is if I get sen't a zip archive for the setup. I can use it.
