The short answer is sadly no.  You could use POV-Ray to create a series of images that move your model across the sreen or say in the term of a crane moves the arm up and down or whatever but this process is not for the faint of heart.  
   
  Animation by it's very nature is a complex process in 2D and when going into the 3D world it becomes even more.
   
  There is no program that I know that will provide the easy level of use that you are looking for.
