[HelpDesk] Error

My operating system is Windows XP and everytime I open LDraw Installer I get
the following error:
 C:/docume~1/ADMINI~/Destop/LDRAW_~1.EXE
REG_MULTI_SZ. An installable Virtual Device Driver failed Dll
initialization.

Also is this application normally suppose to open in a 16 bit MS-DOS
