[HelpDesk] Installation problem with LDaw Installer

Sirs:

I just downloaded the Windows LDraw Tools Installer (47 MB 
ldraw_setup_2006q1_full_i.exe file) and attempted to install it on 
Windows 2000 SP4.  When I double clicked on the application, a DOS 
window appeared for a few seconds then disappeared.  I tried it a couple 
times and one time the dos window stayed on the screen with an error 
indicating there was insufficent memory.  Just in case the file was 
corrupted, I decided to download it again.  When I attempted to delete 
the file, I received a sharing violation and the file cannot be 
deleted.  I even rebooted my computer in safe mode, and I still cannot 
delete this file.

The installation page indicates that I should see a Windows installer 
screen displayed.  I never saw this window.

If you have any suggestions about how to correct this, I would 
appreciate it.
