[HelpDesk] LDraw Help Desk Tutorial Question - LDraw Installer Version BW03

I can't run ldraw_setup_2006q1_full_i.exe<http://www.ldraw.org/files/ldraw_setup_2006q1_full_i.exe>
.
I am using windows XP pro.
I set the program to run in windows 2000 compatibility mode.
When I run it a dos prompt windo flashes on the screen then off and nothing
further happens.
Please help me.
