[HelpDesk] Trouble with LDraw-all-in-one setup file

Hey, I've tried again to install LDraw, and I was able to download the all 
in one setup file (third try), but when I click on it, command prompt opens 
up and then disappears and nothing happens. I'd really appreciate any help 
you could give me on this. I'm sorry if this problem has already been 
answered somewhere on the LDraw website, but I couldn't find it.
