[HelpDesk] Trouble with LDraw-all-in-one setup file

Please download the file from here:
  http://wc.theartofwarfare.net/ldraw_setup_2006q1_full_i.exe

  and follow the instructions on the ldraw.org website for the ALL IN ONE INSTALLER.
