[HelpDesk] Cannot run MKlist and Ldraw

Hello Ldraw,

When i try to run Ldraw or Mklist my computer says the following:  C:\WINDOWS\system32\config.nt.   the system file is not 
suitable for running  MS-DOS and Microsoft windows applications, choose  'CLOSE' to terminate the application
What's the problem, I tryed several things to solve it but nothing works. I'm running Winodws XP Home Edition Service Pack 2
