[HelpDesk] ldraw installation

What "software" did you download?  LDraw requires at the min the LDraw parts Libarry (ldraw.exe and complete.exe) and an editor (MLCAD or LEOCAD).  Based on your inital email it looks like you only download the library files but need an editor.  The editors are the ones that allow you to view the .dat, .ldr, and .mpd files which are the models.
