[HelpDesk] Problems installing L-Draw

Hello, keen to install L-Draw, but 7-Zip tells me that the downloaded .zip archive (for Win 98SE) "is invalid". I use Blender and POV a lot, and normally have no trouble getting things to work. Am I missing something?
