[HelpDesk] downloading Ldraw

What operating system are you using?  Windows 98, XP, NT, etc...
  What is your connection speed?
  Most of the files on the LDraw site require that you have LDraw installed before you can view them.  What file are you having trouble with?
   
  Also I take it your are having trouble with the ALL IN ONE INSATLLER in the download?  This is the largest file we have and on slower connection it tends to get corrupted.  If that is your case you can download the parts in smaller section by going here:
