[HelpDesk] LPub.exe Problems

Hi Evan,
  Have you searched for the file in question on your
computer?

  Are you using your own personal desktop machine, or
are you working with a work or school computer?

  In the cases of work or school, sometimes security
rules prevent people from installing files into
windows\system (which is where this file should go).
