[HelpDesk] Trouble with LDraw-all-in-one setup file

Whenever i double click on the ldraw_setup_2006q1_full_i.exe file a command 
box pops up and disappears, then nothing happens. When i tried opening it 
while in a command box it says "Program too big to fit in memory". I really 
want to do the all in one installer because installing each program 
seperately is too hard for me. If you could help i would really appreciate 
it.
