I did re-download it, but bit-for-bit comparison shows the files are
identical.  The fact that it's an .exe vs a .zip is irrelevant.  My best
guess as to why some people are failing on the downloads is because they
probably either cancel the download before it's done, or lose their
connection for whatever reason.

Have you been able to reproduce the problem?  Can you have someone with
a copy that DOESN'T work upload it to ftp.peeron.com, or put it
somewhere I can take a look at it?
