  I have forward your issue to the admin department for them to help you.  What occured was that when you first registered your email was saved and given an account and password.  However it appears that the password was never given to you or did not save properly into the system.  So when you attempted to re-register with the same email address the system was/is given you the error of you alreadying being in the system.
   
  Its a matter of one of the admins resetting your password and email it to you.

hi,
 i have just tried to register and it kept telling me i wasnt authorised to do so , so i started the process again and it told me i couldnt use my email address as it was being used...........but it hasnt generated a password.
 
What did i do wrong????
