[HelpDesk] MLCAD layout question

Hello Ahui,
I'm not seeing this question in the FAQ, Tutorials, or archives (the
amount of junk e-mail there kind of turned me off really searching the
archives :-() so I thought I would try e-mailing you.
I'm kind of still learning to use MLCAD, using the Tutorials to help
figure out things as I go. I do have one problem, though.
Each toolbar is put in the top of the window under the ones above. Is
there a way to concacentate them so that there isn't so much wasted
space at the top of the MLCAD window? That space could be used to
increase the size of the listing boxes on the left, for one thing. I've
tried to drag and drop them, looked under Settings, etc., but so far
have not found a way to make them go across then down the top of the
MLCAD window. Right now, they just go down along the left edge.
If we could align them across and then down, that would also give us
more drawing room in the various views.
