[HelpDesk] Installation won't work

I have downloaded Ldraw several times and when you initiate the installation the window pops up and then closes very quickly.  I have read the help desk files but cannot access the website that will allow you to fix it.  It may have something to do with the fact that the computer says the download is 48.3mb but you get only 47.1mb.  Please help.
