[HelpDesk] Installing LDraw

Hi,

         I have downloaded the 
<http://ldraw.org/files/ldraw_setup_2006q3_full_i.exe>ldraw_setup_2006q3_full_i.exe 
as suggested and when I execute it I get asked to type characters 
from a graphic. This goes on ad nauseam. I've tried using both 
Firefox and Internet Explorer, with no difference.

         An explanation of what I can do to correct this problem 
would be helpful.
