[HelpDesk] Download problems.

Hello,

I have just recently discovered the wonderful world of ldraw and Im trying 
to download it - so far I have been mostly successful, but I am having a 
problem with lpub - it seems to have downloaded correctly (as far as I can 
tell), but when I click on its icon, I am presented with this error message:

"lpub.exe - Unable to locate component

This application has failed to start because rtl60.bpl was not found. 
Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

I have tried re-installing, with no success. What am I doing wrong? Can you 
help?
