[HelpDesk] Can't launch the instaler

[Romao Santos]

I've downloaded it several times, but everytime I double click on it to 
start the instalation, a dos window quickly appears and dissapears, but I 
can't procede with the instalation, nor do I get the welcoming screen.

Please help me
