[HelpDesk] LPub.exe error

Hello,

    I hope you are able to solve my problem. I downloaded Ldraw a few months ago and am very pleased with it. However, recently I have had occasion to want to use the LPub program, But when I ran the program I got an error message stating:

    This application has failed to start because rtl60.bpl was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

    I looked through your help desk mailing list archives and found a mailing that dealt with the same problem. However, I could not find a related mailing that gave a solution to the problem. I have tried re-installing the program but with no success. I have tried searching for the file and I did not find it on my hard drive anywhere. I have Ldraw installed on my home PC with full administrative privileges. As far as I know all of the other Ldraw applications work find.
