[HelpDesk] Ldraw problem

Dear helpdesk,

I wanted to install Ldraw, i downloaded it, installed it, but then there 
came a window with a program.
It said the name (dont remember now) for windows 3.1, my question is, 
does this program run on windows 3.1 or on XP?
I Canceled that instalation window, then another window apeared, with 
somthing for windows 3.5.

Does Ldraw run on windows 3.1 or something? I am not good with this 
software stuff.

I hope you can help me.
