I am sending this e-mail because i am having difficulties instaling the 
program. I have downloaded the file and once it is done i am prompted 
whether i would liek to "run" the file or not. I click "run" and afterthat a 
DOS window pops up briefly (2-seconds or so) and then closes. From here i do 
not know what to do. I have tried saving the file so that i can click on the 
icon but once i do that the same thing happens (the dos window open briefly 
and then closes). Any help you may offer will be much appreciated
