[HelpDesk] Unable to download Ldraw

Dear Sir,

I am sorry to trouble you. I am unable to download Ldraw as stated. Somehow, I am unable to get to step 3. I am not good with computers and would appreciate your help in this matter. Is there an easier way?

I am downloading this programme to help my 6 year old son with his lego building.
