[HelpDesk] installation

cannot install l-draw. when i click on "ldraw_setup_2006q3_full_i" it opens up MS DOS but it is blank. i have windows xp media edition. on your website it says that the file size is 47.3 MB but when i downloaded it, it said it was 47.1 MB. I've downloaded it a couple times and it still doesn't work.
