[HelpDesk] Missing LDraw Part

Hi Florian, 

Have you tried looking in the UNOFFICAL LDraw Parts Library to see if someone is already working on the part you are looking for?

Go to: 
http://ldraw.org/library/tracker/ 

and click on parts list to see all the parts currenlty being worked on.  You can download the incomplete parts as well.

LDraw is made up of volunteers and LDraw Part Authors pick and choose what parts they wish to make and determine how long it will take them to make it.  If the part you are looking for is not on the UNOFFICAL list then its a part that none of the part authors are working on or at least have yet to tell us about.

The next best place to ask for a part is by going to 
www.lugnet.com/cad and posting your request there. Many of the LDraw part authors visit those forums to talk about LDraw.
