I use:
LeoCAD-0.75-Windows
I dowloaded unofficial stuff. 
Inport to leocad. but the inported stuff is not working correclty! The polygons are bad!
Exaple: 32030_Excavator Bucket
in The ldview program looks good, but in the leocad polygons bad.
Or how can i convert MLcad file to 3ds?
