The command line is

  CD..

  That is "C" "D" "." "."

The 2 periods at the end lets the command line know you want to go up a folder.
  CD stands for "Change Directory"

I'm attempting to load new parts into MLCAD using the first tutorial in article 101 (http://www.ldraw.org/Article101.html). I've gotten to prestep 4, in which one types "CD" into the prompt until it reads "C:\>". However, the command doesn't seem to work, as it continues to read "C:\Documents and Settings\User" even after several "CD" commands.

What am I doing wrong?
