[HelpDesk] Installing LDraw full...

Do download the ALL IN ONE INSTALLER correct?
  Are you getting the CMD window when you are trying to instal LDRAW via the ALL IN ONE INSTALLER or when you try to run either LDRAW or MLCAD?
