MLCAD used the LDraw Parts Libarry to show you all the parts that is has. Indiviudal parts for the LDraw Parts Library are made by volunteers whom work on whatever part they like.
I do not recall seeing the parts you want on the offical list but they made be on the unoffical list found here:
http://ldraw.org/library/tracker/
If not then you could always ask at
www.lugnet.com/cad
to see if someone is working on those parts.

I'm a french tescher and i use LEGO with MLCAD. I've just bye the energy kit ol lego with the 9684 ref.
I want to know if the following part can be imported in the MLCAD programm :
capacitor, solar cell, ...
