Are you referring to the ALL IN ONE INSTALLER for windows?
I know that at times it does stall at the "font" installation process.

1st DELETE the installer file and if you have a C:\LDRAW folder also delete that one.
2nd shut down your machine
3rd Restart your machine wait at least 5 sec
4th Do me a favor and download the file from this mirror site:
http://wc.theartofwarfare.net/_software/ldraw_setup_2006q3_full_j.zip

5th Unzip and run the installer

Please make sure that you are using an ADMIN account for Windows XP.

When I get to the font libraries the installer stops and I HAVE TO HAVE THIS SOFTWARE!!!
