Have you checked the UNOFFICAL LDraw Parts library yet?
These are parts that are still in development but are "playable" with.

If you still can't find what you are looking for there then here are some tutorials on creation your own parts:

Hi, I down loaded the software package for windows and works great. I'am working on a model and there are some parts that I can't find, I was wondering if you could tell me how to make or write a dat file to make these parts?
