[HelpDesk] Parts Missing

That error is an indication that you are a) missing that ldraw part or b) your PARTS lift file may not have it or c) both A & B.

Read this to learn how to update your PARTS list file

If that still does not solve the issue then you are missing the part which you will need to download and the RE-CREATE the PARTS list file.

to install ldraw027.exe and complete.exe which have ALL the parts.

I abosolutley LOVE your software except that I can't use your Minifig Generator. Every time I click it a notice coming uops saying something like "File 30171.DAT Not Found! Continue Loading?"
And then you choose yes or no.

Any assitance would be most appreceited.
