for this example we will pretend that complete.exe is located in the C:\Download folder.

1) Restart your computer
2) Click on START -> RUN and type CMD
3) a DOS window will appear type "cd.." to go up one folder at a time until it says C:\>
4) type "CD download" to enter the download folder
5) type "del complete.exe" to delete the file

Let me know if this helps you.

Hi - I cannot remove the file "complete.exe" from my computer. I get a message saying that it is being used by another program. I have no other programs which need this file. I have no other LDraw files on the machine (of which I know about). I am trying clean everything out and start again. How do I get rid of "complete.exe" please?
Thanx
