[HelpDesk] 64 bit LDraw

There is no plan at this time to develop LDraw for a 64-bit operating system.
While LDraw was designed to work with Windows 32 bit, the LDraw community has reported that they have been able to get LDraw to work on Windows 64 Bit.  However some items may or may not work and there is no official support for it.

www.lugnet.com/cad is where you can go to read up on those that have tried ldraw on windows 64-bit.
