[Ldraw-content] ALL IN ONE INSTALLER server issues

Group, 
   
  In the past 2 weeks the LDraw Help Desk has been flooded with emails from users advising that they can either
   
  a) not see the security code in order to download the ALL IN ONE INSTALLER
  b) enter the security code but then get a blank page and nothing downloads
  c) are allowed to download the installer but it is corrupted.
   
  Is there anywhere else the file can be hosted?  Can the security feature be looked at again to ensure it is working.
