could you please confirm that you get the same result with your script 
as I do with mine? please check also out the batch file which works on 
my machine.

I still do not know what imagemagick does with the pics when applying 
-geometry 800x. I suggest adding some measurements (say 640x480 pixel) 
to your admin tutorial.

I'll announce a relaunch as soon as I'm sure that I'm able to handle the 
MOTM technically.
