[Ldraw-content] Updated LDraw Theme

The theme can be edited through the Xanthia module.  I posted a list of 
the PostNuke Smarty template tags under the admin topic.  If you make a 
change to the test theme and you want to see how it looks on the site 
simply add "&theme=LDrawXanthiaTest" to the end of the URL.

As far as the MOTM UI, that's a little more difficult since the page 
templates aren't designed to be altered.  I'll work on modifing the 
module to allow this.
