Article 189 is also messy. I'm awfully sorry but I cannot fix them 
myself as I'll be abroad once again 'til the end of next week and it is 
not likely that I'll read you. further I suggest to add the entire LSC 
to the content mailing list. tim, orion please sort this out with the LSC.

Just been checking the specifications after the server problem and noticed
the following errors

Article 93 - Totally screwed up

Article 398 - strange squares before Appendix I and Appendix II

Article 217 - Revision Notes table is incorrectly laid out (due to HTML tags
being rendered in the page)

All the other articles linked from the Specifications Page are OK, not
checked any other pages of the site
