[Ldraw-content] Modifications 09.02.2007

Hi guys,

The section is not table based any more as part of my campaign to
reduce the usage of tables on the site and replace it by the far
better CSS. The reason it only covers 70% of the width is that we have
set it to do so in order to make the paragraphs more readable as
paragraphs. I would prefer to have it set to a maximum width in
ecalable em units rather than a fixed percentage but unfortunately IE
6 is extremely poor in its CSS implementation with this particular
issue.
